With the service tenet of enlightening the people through consultation, our Institute continuously improves the ability of consultation and advice, and serves the decision-making of the central and local governments in an all-round way, and undertakes a number of related topics of various financial departments. Our hospital has actively expanded the reporting channels of expert achievements through various channels. A number of decision-making opinions have been approved by relevant leaders, and a number of achievements have been selected as internal reference at different levels.

Since the establishment of the Research Institute, our institute has undertaken more than 140 horizontal projects of local government departments, such as Research on the standard system of equalization of basic public services, Research on the performance evaluation and tracking management of PPP project library in Yunnan Province, etc., to solve the problems of working decision-making and theoretical consultation for local governments. In cooperation with Shanghai first finance and economics, the Research Institute published internal reference for finance and economics, which was consulted by relevant government leaders. At the same time, the research institute also submitted a fixed expert suggestion and obtained many leaders' instructions.
