The Group of Our Institute Led by Executive Director Liu Xiaochuan Visited the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City for Survey and Investigation

On November 13, 2023, the group of our institute led by Executive Director Liu Xiaochuan, as entrusted by Dean Liu Yuanchun, visited the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City for survey and investigation over the matter of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics establishing the “Zhengzhou Research Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics” in Henan Province, this research council meeting was hosted by Deputy Mayor Li Qianmiao of Zhengzhou City.

Firstly, Executive Director Liu Xiaochuan introduced to the related comrades of the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City on behalf of the university about the history and advantages of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and its thoughts about establishing the “Zhengzhou Research Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics” in Henan Province; secondly, the related comrades of the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City respectively introduced their department’s thoughts about establishing the Zhengzhou Research Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in Henan Province and their policy support so far to the establishment of this research institute; finally, Deputy Mayor Li Qianmiao expressed on behalf of the People’s Government of Zhengzhou City that they highly welcome Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to establish research institute in Henan Province, so as to make more contributions in the aspects of talents cultivation, scientific research, financial system enhancement, etc. in Henan Province.
