Interpretation of government budget -- the Stage II “China Finance & Taxation” Media Public Welfare Training entered the third day

On March 29^th, the Stage II “China Finance & Taxation” Media Public Welfare Training entered the third day.

In the morning, Professor Liu Xiaobing from the School of Public Economics and Management of our university brought the course of “Analysis and Interpretation of Government Budget Report”. He analyzed the theoretical basis of budget from the three aspects of economics, finance and budget management, as well as shared with the students his thoughts in review of “Government Budget Report” by integrating his experiences as a National People’s Congress Representative.

In the afternoon, Associate Professor Ma Zhiyuan from the School of Public Economics and Management of our university shared the “Performance and Evaluation of Government Budget”. He made great integration from the aspects of the basic concepts, evaluation models and main purposes of government performance.
