On March 28^th, the Stage II “China Finance & Taxation” Media Public Welfare Training entered the second day

In the morning, Deputy Director Tian Zhiwei of the Public Policy and Governance Research Institute of our university made a special-topic lecture named “Hot Points of Taxation System Reform after the Twentieth National Party Congress”. He started with contents in the report of the Twentieth National Party Congress, and developed elaboration and analysis surrounding tax system structure, income distribution and green taxation.

In the afternoon, Executive Director Liu Xiaochuan of our institute brought the special-topic instruction of “Government Assets Management and Supervision”. He elaborated the importance of government assets management by integrating economic operation situation, analyzed the current insufficiencies in government assets management from several aspects, as well as implemented in-depth explanation on how to effectively promote the performance of government assets management.

Next, Deputy Director Zhu Jun of the Budget Working Committee of the National People's Congress of Shanghai City shared to students the practical experiences in the networked budget supervision system of the National People's Congress of Shanghai City.
